I am sure everyone would have faced this problem at least once. While we are trying to download and install software's, some unwanted toolbar will be installed automatically without our knowledge. Even it will be annoying us while opening the browser. But, people may not be aware as to how to remove such unwanted toolbar. It will be troubling us in different ways like automatically setting the default search engine toolbar in the browser or redirecting the web page, etc.,
A day before, i was trying to download some software for mp3 conversion, while installing accidentally i have accepted Babylon toolbar. It was annoying me like anything. Because, the Babylon toolbar has been set in my browser as a home page by default. I could not remove it properly. Later, i had removed it manually from windows registry and removed the plug-in from all browsers. That was a big deal. Later, I had included in my blog How to remove Re-direct Babylon Search Engine Toolbar Successfully? and shared to many people. I made video tutorials also.
Below screenshot is my Internet Explorer, those toolbar i have not installed with conscious. I have removed it through AVAST Browser cleanup tool.
Ok fine. Now, need not to worry about that if any unwanted toolbar is installed. we got a tool from AVAST, to remove any unwanted toolbars and reset the browser from its fine state. Its absolutely free to download and very small file size. Its an .exe file.

Follow the below steps:-
- Download the AVAST cleanup tool and Save it in your local drive.
- Execute the .exe file.
- Disable the toolbar which you do not want.
- After disabling, Click Remove all add-ons listed below and cleanup browser.
- Thats it. Now, Reset browser settings to default values.
- Open your Internet Explorer browser to check. Tools →Manage add-ons. All the disabled toolbars would have been removed.
Follow the same steps to remove the unwanted toolbars for Firefox and Chrome browsers.
